I've loved gardening since I was a child, mostly growing vegetables and fruit. It wasn't until recently that I discovered a true love for flowers. A vase full of fresh blooms can brighten a room, lift a mood, and bring a smile to anyone who sees them.
When we moved to the high-density area of Hobsonville Point in Auckland, our garden space became limited. While I still grow real flowers whenever I can, it's no longer possible to have all the blooms I want. That's when I turned to crepe paper flowers — a way to enjoy flowers all year long, no matter the season or space.
