Where We Ship

I ship all orders within New Zealand.

International orders may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you’re interested in an international order, please contact me directly to discuss options.

Processing Time

  • Premade Flowers: Orders marked as “in stock” are usually shipped within 2 business days.
  • Custom & Pre-Orders: Made-to-order or pre-order items may take longer. Expected timeframes will be communicated and agreed upon when your order is accepted.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier used. Standard shipping within New Zealand typically takes 2–7 business days, but delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your order size and delivery location.

International Shipping

International orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me to discuss options.

Important: All customs duties, taxes, import fees, and shipping risks are the responsibility of the recipient. I cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages during international shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

I take care to package all flowers securely, but I am not responsible for delays or damage caused by carriers. Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, contact me immediately at hello@fleurel.co.nz, and I will work with you to find a solution.
