Refund policy

At Fleurel, all flowers are handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Because each piece is unique and crafted just for you, I cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@fleurel.co.nz with photos of the damage. I will work with you to:

  • Replace the item if possible, or
  • Offer a partial refund for damaged components.

Custom & Pre-Orders

Custom orders, pre-orders, or made-to-order flowers are non-refundable, as they are created specifically for you.

Shipping Issues

I take care in packaging all orders securely. However, I am not responsible for delays or damage caused by carriers. Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact me immediately if there are issues.
